In the Fall of 2018, our Activities Barn underwent interior renovations and was officially dedicated as "The Laura Heller Community Barn" in honor of one of Putney Community Cares founders. The Laura Heller Community Barn is located at 54 Kimball Hill Rd. in beautiful Putney Vermont.

 

In 1999 with funds from the Thompson Trust and others, Putney Community Cares, Inc. rebuilt this community center in the old Noyes barn footprint. This building now houses our office as well as those of the Earth Bridge Community Land Trust.

The Laura Heller Activity Barn is wheelchair accessible, has a spacious public meeting room, a bathroom, a small kitchen and is available to rent for your next meeting, conference or special event. Please contact us at (802) 387-5593 or coordinator@putneycommunitycares.org for details. ​
