Mindful Movement
This class is taught by Nina Hollenbeck, who will guide you through simple but powerful exercises that help you reconnect with your body with curiosity and compassion.
Nina is certified as a yoga teacher and social and emotional learning (SEL) facilitator. In addition to yoga, she draws from multiple somatic practices that develop mobility, balance and emotional wellness.
Starting Summer 2026, classes will take place at Putney Community Cares on Tuesdays, 6:30-7:15 p.m.
Cost: $50 for the full session - this program will have a minimum of 10 classes per session. We prefer that individuals register for a full session, though drop-in payment is possible at a rate of $8/class.
