Gentle Yoga

This class is taught by Lisa Nigro, who has over 30 years of teaching experience. For the past 10+ years she has been focused on teaching yoga in an accessible way for people whose bodies have varying needs and abilities due to aging and/or injury. Lisa is able to safely and expertly work with students of all levels of experience. Class is taught in a very accessible way with ample opportunity to challenge yourself more as desired. The focus is on balance, mobility, range of motion, core strength, and mindfulness. Individualized attention is given to help you learn what works best for your body.
